Both. New patients can choose either format for their initial evaluation, and follow-ups can move freely between in-office (Del Mar) and secure video appointments. Telemedicine is available for any California resident.

Most new patient appointments are scheduled within 1-2 weeks. If you need urgent care sooner, let us know when you call and we'll work to accommodate.
