The Summer Professional Development Gap
Most professional development is built around the academic year. By the time fall starts, the window's closed and faculty have spent another summer without structured growth. There's a better way.
You pay 12 months for content faculty only have time to use during a few weeks of summer.
You buy seats based on optimistic forecasts. Many seats go unused. The math never works.
Faculty travel, take time off, or simply don't show up to live workshops between semesters. On-demand fits real summer.
The Teaching Professor Digital Library Difference
50+ years behind Magna Publications, the higher-ed publisher behind The Teaching Professor. Content written by higher-ed faculty for higher-ed faculty — not generic professional skills.
One institutional subscription. No seat limits. No per-user fees. Every faculty member, adjunct, dean, and CTL team member gets access.
400+ on-demand programs faculty can start watching the moment you subscribe. No cohorts to schedule, no live workshops to coordinate.
What's Inside The Teaching Professor Digital Library
Every 20-Minute Mentor program is short and focused — faculty can complete them between meetings, during lunch, or on their own summer schedule.
A glimpse of the actual Teaching Professor Digital Library dashboard your faculty will see — with 400+ on-demand 20-Minute Mentor programs ready day one.
Plus three more content libraries within the Teaching Professor Digital Library:
Weekly short-form programs faculty start every Monday — a built-in cadence for ongoing development.
Decades of The Teaching Professor publication archives — Magna's editorial brand since the late 1980s.
Multi-hour deep-dives faculty can complete on their own schedule.
